Our Gloucester course, which opened in July 2021, originally consisted of 12 holes. The design and challenges of each hole were very popular with the public, but many players expressed a wish to play additional holes to test their ability even further. As a result, Aces Minigolf was expanded to 18 holes at the end of 2023. The original 12 holes were kept virtually unaltered, but 6 unique holes were added. These have proved a real test for even the most proficient minigolfers! From the nerve-racking hole 4 (aptly named Gateway to Hell) requiring players to accurately traverse the steep slope at perfect pace to land in the narrow channel at the top; to the devilishly difficult hole 6 (Turbulence) with its roller coaster humps and fiendish second putts.

The unique design of Aces Minigolf sets it apart from other courses and presents the perfect challenge for players of any ability, with plenty of hole-in-one opportunities throughout the course. Above all, it really is great fun to play!

The playing surface is top quality artificial grass, which is kept in first class condition by our dedicated team. We love playing minigolf and we want you to love it too so we take pride in ensuring the course is pristine, whatever the weather!

The surface drains really well so it is playable throughout the year. Aces Minigolf is one of the few outdoor courses in the UK that opens during weekdays outside of the school holidays (check our opening times on this website as there is variation throughout the year in respect of closing times and days open).

You will find Aces Minigolf at the rear of Gloucester Garden Centre – simply walk through the store and we are situated outside to the left of the outdoor plant area. We have a large patio area – perfect for sitting to add up your score after you have finished your round or for having a little break before taking advantage of our second round for £3 offer!
